The DIU stated that during a raid on the occupied peninsula, special forces of Ukrainian Defense Intelligence burned two An-26 transport aircraft of russian invaders, as well as also hit an enemy surface situation radar station and MR-10M1 Mys M1 coastal radar.

It is noted that the losses inflicted by the DIU’s warriors on the russian occupation army in Crimea were recorded in the summary of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine for September 24, 2025.

The Defense Intelligence of Ukraine also released a video of the destruction of russian aircraft and radars in Crimea:

For reference:

The An-26 ((NATO reporting name: Curl) is a turboprop multi-purpose transport aircraft. The An-26 is distinguished by high stability, ease of control, simplicity of piloting techniques and good visibility from the cockpit, which makes it accessible to pilots of average skill level.

It should be noted that just a few days ago, the Prymary special unit of the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine hit for the first time in history two russian Be-12 Chaika anti-submarine amphibious aircraft. At the same time, damage was caused to a russian Mi-8 multi-purpose helicopter.
