These strikes follow earlier operations targeting russia's defense industry.

As previously reported, explosions were recorded at the Votkinsk Plant in Udmurtia at the end of February, with footage showing fires and heavy smoke circulating on social media.
Subsequently, the Ukrainian General Staff confirmed that the facility had been struck using FP-5 Flamingo cruise missiles. The Votkinsk Plant is known for producing intercontinental ballistic missiles and other strategic systems.
On the night of March 28, the Ukrainian Defense Forces launched another series of strikes on targets within the russian federation. An FP-5 Flamingo cruise missile hit one of the key targets, JSC Promsintez, among russia's largest explosives manufacturers, situated in the Saratov region.
