Ukrainian forces carried out a series of precision strikes targeting russian military assets and critical infrastructure, including an S-400 air defense system and the Alchevsk Metallurgical Plant, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
In temporarily occupied Crimea, near the village of Hvardiiske, Ukrainian forces destroyed a launcher from the S-400 Triumf surface-to-air missile system.

In the Luhansk region, a strike hit the Alchevsk Metallurgical Plant, which is involved in the production of large-caliber ammunition for the russian Armed Forces. A large fire was reported at the facility following the attack.
On March 29, Ukrainian forces also struck a russian military convoy near the village of Novosvitlivka in temporarily occupied territory of the Luhansk region.
Additional strikes targeted russian command and control infrastructure and troop concentrations. In particular, a drone command post was hit in the Huliaipole area of the Zaporizhzhia region.
In russia's Belgorod region, near the village of Nova Tavolzhanka, Ukrainian forces struck an area where enemy personnel were concentrated. Casualties and damage assessments are ongoing.

Earlier, on March 28, Ukrainian forces struck the Yaroslavl oil refinery, a key facility supporting fuel supplies for russian military operations.
Defense Express previously reported that on March 26, Ukrainian Defense Forces damaged critical infrastructure at the Kirishi oil refinery in russia's Leningrad region. On March 23, Ukrainian forces also struck the Transneft oil terminal at the port of Primorsk.
