Earlier, the territory of Alabuga, where the russian federation assembles Iranian Shahed kamikaze drones, seemed unattainable to attack - but now Ukraine has the ability to hit this facility as well

russian Alabuga special economic zone, located near Yelabuga town in Tatarstan, was attacked for the first time.

A plant in Nizhnekamsk (a city located in a few dozen kilometers from Yelabuga) was also attacked, where oil refinery of Taneco joint-stock company, was hit. It belongs to the largest refineries in russia.

As for the Alabuga economic zone, according to preliminary data, the attack was carried out by several unmanned aerial vehicles that hit a dormitory and factory. This plant produces Iranian Shahed type long-range kamikaze drones.

The video also shows a drone that attacks one of the facilities in Alabuga. Although it is probably ultralight unmanned aircraft filled with explosives. In particular, russians claim that it was Ukrainian-made Aeroprakt A-22 Foxbat aircraft.

It is known that these planes took part in large-scale training back in 2020, where they were used based on the experience of the war in Nagorno-Karabakh, when Azerbaijan converted old An-2 aircraft into filled with explosives "drones."

It is also worth noting that if the plane was launched directly from the territory of Ukraine, it would have to cover a distance of more than 1,200 kilometers to hit these objects, taking into account russian air defense.
