President of the American Chamber of Commerce (AAC) in Ukraine Andy Gunder has called President Trump Confront Putin’s Campaign of Destruction after russian missile attack on one of the largest American investments in Ukraine
Gunder recalled that at night on Thursday russian missiles attacked one of the largest American investments in Ukraine - Flex, an active member of the AAC.

He posted this on his Facebook on his way to Mukachevo.
"russia continues to destroy and humiliate US businesses in Ukraine, targeting companies that invest and trade on the US stock markets. russia is not only destroying Ukraine – it is undermining US leadership, values, and US business," the president of AAC said.
Andy Gunder emphasized that russia does not want peace and it is attacking American interests and values.
“We are calling on President Donald Trump to stand with American business in Ukraine. Stand with the values that built America. Show Putin that the United States protects its own.
Luckily, no employees were killed in the missile strike due to the company observing stringent safety measures,” the president of AAC stated.
In his another post on Facebook Andy Gunder stying near horrendous attacked American Flex enterprise says that this was not only an attack on Ukraine. "It was an attack on American business. Two missiles struck the factory, where 600 employees were working the night shift", he stressed.
He also noted that, fortunately, thanks to the company’s to strict safety protocols, every life was saved, no employees were killed in the missile strike.
According to the president of AAC, "minutes before two missiles struck the plant, their leadership and preparedness brought 600 people on the night shift to safety — with only seven minutes to act with an air raid siren warning. Because of their discipline and commitment to health and safety protocols, not a single life was lost amidst unimaginable devastation."
Andy Gunder also wright that now, the Flex team is working together in temporary premises to bring the company back "like a phoenix from the ashes — repairing damage, restoring operations, and ensuring that the 2,600 people employed in Mukachevo can keep their jobs."
The president of AAC also recalls, that Flex is the largest taxpayer in the region, one of the biggest employers, and a pillar of resilience in Ukraine.
On the night of Thursday, August 21, the russian army set one of its insane anti-records. They targeted civilian infrastructure facilities, residential buildings, as well as people in Ukraine.
Several cruise missiles were lobbed against an American-owned enterprise in Zakarpattia. It was a regular civilian business, supported by American investment, producing everyday items like coffee machines.
As of Friday morning, August 22, the fire at еру company damaged by кussian missile fire is still being extinguished in Mukachevo. More than fifty rescuers, 15 pieces of equipment, and 2 fire and rescue trains are working at the scene. There are 22 victims, 6 of whom are in hospital.
