Fighters of the Sapsan Separate Unmanned Systems Battalion of the 14th Brigade continue to demonstrate the effectiveness of FPV drones against russian armored vehicles. On September 8, the Brigade released a new video showing successful strikes on enemy equipment hidden in the forests.
According to the footage, Ukrainian drone pilots detected russian Tigr armored vehicle moving along a forest road. The crew attempted to escape, but the maneuver was in vain, the FPV operators intercepted the vehicle and delivered a precise strike. The vehicle was destroyed before it could reach safety.

The second episode in the video shows modern russian T-90 tank. The occupiers tried to conceal it deep in the forest, covering it with camouflage nets in hopes of avoiding detection. However, this effort proved futile: Ukrainian reconnaissance and attack drones identified the tank's position and struck it directly.
The Brigade noted with irony that both the Tigr vehicle and the so-called "no-analogue" T-90 tank shared the same fate when confronted by FPV drones. Operators of the Sapsan Battalion accurately targeted both armored vehicles, once again confirming the high precision and destructive potential of such systems.
FPV drones have become one of the most effective tools in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, particularly against well-protected enemy equipment. Their relatively low cost and maneuverability allow Ukrainian fighters to destroy targets that would otherwise require expensive missile systems or artillery.
For the russian army, the loss of the T-90 tank is particularly painful. The T-90 tank is one of the most modern vehicles in service, and its destruction by a small drone highlights the vulnerability of even the most advanced models to new methods of warfare. The Tigr armored vehicle, widely used for transport and patrol tasks, also proved unable to withstand this threat.
