Operators of the Raven Group unit carried out a new series of precision drone strikes against russian forces in Zaporizhzhia region. The operation, reported by the Defense Intelligence on May 20, highlighted the growing role of FPV drones in disrupting russian frontline activity.
The strikes were conducted both day and night along the Zaporizhzhia axis, where reconnaissance drone teams continue to hunt for concealed russian positions. Footage released alongside the statement showed multiple successful hits on enemy equipment and troop concentrations.

Among the destroyed targets were BM-21 Grad multiple launch rocket systems, artillery pieces, armored vehicles, motorcycles, and russian personnel. The use of motorcycles by russian troops has become increasingly common in frontline logistics and assault operations, particularly in areas vulnerable to drone surveillance and artillery fire.
The Raven Group operators also struck several military trucks responsible for supplying russian units in the sector. Disrupting battlefield logistics remains one of the key objectives of Ukrainian drone warfare, as fuel, ammunition, and transport shortages can significantly weaken russian combat capabilities near the line of contact.
In addition to vehicles and artillery, Ukrainian forces reportedly destroyed an ammunition depot. Such strikes often trigger secondary explosions and can have a broader operational impact by limiting the enemy's ability to sustain artillery bombardments or reinforce nearby positions.
As Defense Express previously reported, operators from Ukraine's 15th Brigade tracked russian Buk-M2 system after a strike, capturing the moment the air defense system finally burned out completely.
