Enemy snipers had been using a high vantage point at an industrial facility to maintain fire control over a wide area.
The building also served as a staging area for russian personnel. A Middle-strike loitering munition launched by the SOF destroyed the position along with enemy manpower.
In the village of Shakhove (Pokrovsk district, Donetsk region, temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine), a concentration point of russian assault groups was identified and destroyed.
At the moment of the strike, the building housed personnel of the 336th Guards Naval Infantry Brigade, which has been tasked with closing the encirclement of Pokrovsk from the north. Several SOF drones successfully reached their targets.
In the village of Sontsivka (Pokrovsk district, temporarily occupied territory of Donetsk region), SOF drones struck a temporary base and an ammunition stockpile used by UAV strike crews of the 6th Guards Tank Regiment of the 90th Guards Tank Division of the russian Armed Forces. The attack eliminated russian personnel.
In the city of Dokuchaievsk (temporarily occupied territory of the Donetsk region), an enemy ammunition depot was destroyed. The facility had been used by russian forces as a storage, distribution, and loading point for munitions supplied to units advancing on Pokrovsk.
In the village of Rybynske (temporarily occupied territory of the Donetsk region), SOF drones struck the logistics unit of the Vostok Group of Forces of the russian Armed Forces. Former industrial and warehouse buildings had been converted into a military site.
russian troops had installed engineering and fortification structures across the area, and military truck activity had been observed there for an extended period.
After identifying priority targets, SOF drones delivered successful strikes on several facilities within the compound.
Ukraine's Special Operations Forces continue to employ asymmetric actions to degrade the offensive capabilities of the russian army.
As previously reported by Defense Express, Ukraine's Special Operations Forces shot down a russian Mi-8 helicopter at long range using a UAV. An unmanned aerial vehicle operated by the SOF downed a russian Mi-8 for the first time in russia's Rostov region.
