"Virtuosos of the DIU from the Kraken unit are crushing Muscovites in the Zaporizhia region," the press service of the DIU said in its statement.
It is noted that the footage shows the destruction of russian occupiers and equipment with various types of weapons.

"Masters of the Kraken active operations unit of the Defense Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine are destroying russian occupiers in the Zaporizhia region," the statement says.
Ukrainian Defense Intelligence noted that over the past month, Ukrainian special forces at the front managed to destroy dozens of enemy shelters, eliminate hundreds of enemy infantrymen, shoot down reconnaissance and strike drones, as well as burn enemy armored vehicles.
Earlier, military experts noted that the situation in the Zaporizhia direction is worsening.
According to experts, the russian occupation army wants to enter the rear of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in order to create a bridgehead for new military operations.
The Kraken unit is a Ukrainian military volunteer unit, part of the active operations units of the Defense Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine formed in 2022 as a response to the russian invasion of Ukraine.
Named after the mythical sea creature, the unit was formed by veterans of the Azov Regiment and has successfully liberated several occupied villages during the fighting, later also taking part in counter offensives and sabotage operations, becoming one of the more high-profile volunteer units in the war.
As Defense Express reported, earlier Ukraine's Defense Intelligence Kraken unit together with International Legion isolated russian troops in Sumy region.
