In the temporarily occupied city of Melitopol, Zaporizhzhia region, an explosion took place. The information was confirmed by the city Mayor Ivan Fedorov, Ukraine NOW reports. It happened next to the building where the self-proclaimed head of the regional military administration Yevhen Balytsky was located. According to the official, there is a probability that the russian-backed collaborator was the target. There is no data about Balytsky, only that his relative was injured.

Minister of Defense of Slovakia Jaroslav Nad' has confirmed the supply of "Zuzana 2" self-propelled howitzers to Ukraine, Defense Express reports referring to Defence24. There is no information on how many artillery pieces will be sent, as well as when they will be deployed on the battlefield.
