Czechia will provide the Armed Forces of Ukraine with more weapons and ammunition, as well as take part in training of Ukrainian pilots on Western F-16 fighter jets, Prime Minister of the Czech Republic Petr Fiala announced today, on July 7th, as he greeted Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelenskyi in Prague.

The Czech PM said "hundreds of thousands" rounds of large-caliber ammunition are withdrawn from the stocks of the Army to hand over to Ukraine. As for the training, in addition to the direct teaching of Ukrainian pilots on F-16, Prague will send training simulators so that Ukrainians can learn without leaving the country.
Last but not least, unspecified attack helicopters will be provided. On that matter, we can turn to The Military Balance reference book to assess what kinds and how many such helicopters are at disposal of the Czech Armed Forces and on that basis assume the contents of the provision.
Since Petr Fiala mentioned the attack helicopters specifically, among those the Czech Army has seven Mi-24 Hind D (Mi-24D), as well as ten Mi-35 Hind E (Mi-24V) rotorcraft.
Here in fact there is a high probability that the Czech Republic will give all of the available attack helicopters. The reason is, earlier in the first days of June this year Czech Ministry of Defense & Armed Forces reported on how soldiers bid farewell to the Mi-24/35 helicopters at the last live shooting. The United States is gradually replacing the Czech rotorcraft fleet with modern AH-1Z Viper and UH-1Y Venom, up to 20 in total.
Worth noting in the context of helicopter supplies, Defense Express earlier reported that the Czech Republic already supplied Ukraine with helicopters previously – four Mi-24V of Soviet making, according to unofficial data.
