Ukrainian Infozahyst has signed a memorandum of cooperation with Rohde & Schwarz. The agreement provides for joint promotion and adaptation of three advanced systems.
In its press release, the German company does not disclose exact system names, but states that the partnership covers a high-power jamming system, an anti-drone solution, and a multifunctional mobile electronic warfare systems. A model of an unidentified tracked vehicle was also displayed during the signing ceremony.

Both sides emphasize that the cooperation will combine Ukrainian operational experience and market knowledge with German technology and manufacturing capabilities.
From a Defense Express perspective, the agreement resembles similar partnerships previously established between drone manufacturers and German defense firms.

Such arrangements generally enable domestic defense products to scale and enter international markets. This remains a challenging issue due to Ukraine’s export restrictions, although Infozahyst reportedly received government approval for exports in 2024.
Notably, Infozahyst is primarily known for its electronic intelligence (ELINT) and signals intelligence (SIGINT) systems. However, the company has previously stated that it is also developing electronic warfare (EW) systems, which may not yet be publicly disclosed.
The tracked EW/EW-reconnaissance platform shown at the signing ceremony is likely one such multifunctional system. Based on available imagery, the chassis appears to be either an MT-LB or MT-LBu platform. The upper structure features a set of masts and antennas required for system operation.
Conceptually, the system may resemble Soviet-era R-330 family EW platforms, although no official confirmation has been provided.

Overall, the trend shows that not only Ukrainian drone manufacturers but also EW and SIGINT developers are increasingly entering cooperation with German industry. This reflects the rapid evolution of these technologies during the war against russia.
Among Ukrainian companies already engaged in cooperation with German partners is TAF Industries, which works with both Thyra and Wingcopter. On the German side, Quantum Systems collaborates with Frontline Robotics and WIY Drones.
