Ukrainian company Unwave, which specializes in electronic warfare (EW) systems, conducted a practical demonstration of its solutions near Prague for potential customers from the Czech Armed Forces, police, and the Czech Republic's protective service responsible for senior government officials.
During the event, the company showcased its Bashur, Boombox, Shatro, Patelnia, and Malyuk electronic warfare systems. According to Unwave, this marked the first time a Ukrainian company had conducted a live overseas demonstration of tactical EW systems.

The company reported that during the practical portion of the event, its systems successfully detected all designated threats and effectively jammed or forced down various drones, including the DJI Mavic 3, DJI Mavic 3 Enterprise, Autel drones, and FPV drones operating on different control frequencies.
According to Unwave, the demonstration became possible after nearly a year of cooperation with Czech defense holding company LPP. The effort progressed from initial presentations and discussions to a full-scale practical demonstration for representatives of Czech security institutions.

Following the event, Unwave noted strong interest in its solutions, which have proven their effectiveness not only during testing but also under real combat conditions in Ukraine. According to the company, some Ukrainian systems are even viewed more favorably than comparable European products.
In comments to Defense Express, Unwave founder Yurii Shelmuk stated that the company sees the Czech Republic as one of its potential future markets, both for supplying complete systems and individual components. However, this will only become possible once Ukraine establishes the necessary export mechanisms for defense products.

The company is also actively pursuing joint projects with European partners. In addition, Unwave is considering future cooperation with Czech industry under the Build with Ukraine initiative.
