Operators of Ukraine's Raid 413th Battalion have struck russian locomotive hauling a fuel train in russia's Bryansk region, according to the unit's official statement. The attack is the latest in a series of Ukrainian efforts aimed at disrupting russian military logistics deep behind the front lines.
The strike reportedly took place near the settlement of Zhudilovo. Video released by the unit shows an attack drone tracking the moving locomotive before closing in and striking what operators described as one of its vulnerable components.

Footage captured by a separate unmanned aerial vehicle documented the moment of impact and the fire that erupted afterward. The video appears to show the locomotive engulfed in flames as the drone strike achieved a direct hit.
Commenting on the operation, the unit stated that the locomotive was disabled as a result of the attack.
"The enemy locomotive is burning," operators said in a brief message accompanying the footage.
While the extent of damage to the fuel train itself remains unclear, disabling a locomotive can significantly disrupt rail traffic and delay the transportation of military supplies.
