Press service of the 92nd Mechanized Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has published a series of commemorative photos dedicated to Drivers' Day on October 27th. One of the pictures shows a serviceman of AFU posing in front of a BREM-4, an evacuation vehicle that is very hard to come across.
This equipment in fact has barely ever been seen on the web. So this is a good opportunity to both take a look and tell more about BREM-4 in general.

A thorough search through open media unveils that the same 92nd Brigade also posted a picture of BREM-4 in spring 2023, during their battles against russians in the eastern regions of Ukraine.
It is hard to tell how many of BREM-4 vehicles were in service even before the full-scale invasion of the russian army. No relevant numbers available in the open but a single note that in January 2021 Ukrainian state defense company KMDB was working on a contract for 17 BTR-4 vehicles, of which 15 are standard-type, one commander vehicle, and one of the BREM-4M modification.
Based on the BTR-4 chassis, the BREM-4 can evacuate damaged equipment from the frontline, lift heavy cargo, and perform various digging functions. It also can be used to facilitate maintenance and field repair of other vehicles, to crank engines with a starter or air-start system.
The combat weight of the BREM-4 is 21 tons, crew is four people, road speed is up to 100 km/h (60 mph), operational mobility is 700 km. Engine: 3DT-3A with 500 hp. The crane lifts up to 3 tons, the winch traction force is up to 6.8 tons
