TYTAN Technologies, known for its interceptor drones primarily supplied to Ukraine, announced completion of a pan-European funding round totaling €30 million. This increased total attracted investment to €46 million overall. The round was led by defense fund Armira and The NATO Innovation Fund (NIF) with support from numerous investors.
According to a TYTAN press release, attracting these funds will allow them to expand production capacity in Germany as well as in Ukraine and allied country markets. It will also accelerate development of AI-based anti-aircraft drones and their integration into all air defense levels, including systems based on next-generation missiles.

Patrick Schneider-Sikorski, NIF partner, emphasized that TYTAN products help address the shortage of counter-drone defense assets for both Ukraine and allies. Their products enable effective large-scale airspace protection against long-range strike unmanned systems.
The need to expand production capacity is directly related to increasing demand for TYTAN products, not only in Ukraine but also in Eastern and Northern Europe. There is also a need to strengthen supply chain partnerships.
Moreover, TYTAN has clear intentions to work with global defense giants. For example, a memorandum of cooperation has already been signed with Hensoldt. This means both companies, combining TYTAN interceptor drones and Hensoldt technologies, can offer truly comprehensive counter-drone solutions.
This is especially relevant considering TYTAN has quite real chances that their solution will be among the components protecting NATO's eastern borders, where they cooperated with DefSecIntel Solutions within the Baltic Drone Wall Initiative project.

A cooperation memorandum was also signed with KNDS Deutschland. This involves creating a drone defense complex for ground systems as well as developing a common standard for mobile drone launchers.
Recall that earlier this year it became known that anti-aircraft drones manufactured by TYTAN Technologies, which underwent testing in Ukraine, are ready for serial production.
