Ukraine's Defense Intelligence has released a new video compilation showcasing the destruction of high-value russian military assets in temporarily occupied Crimea throughout 2025.

Described as "fireworks in Crimea", the video documents a series of successful strikes against a wide range of russian military targets. The material captures confirmed episodes of combat operations carried out by the Prymary unit over the past year.

The released footage shows russian radar systems and air defense assets being destroyed, including surface-to-air missile systems and associated detection equipment. These systems form the backbone of russia's integrated air defense network on the peninsula, making their elimination strategically significant.

In addition to air defense targets, the video includes strikes against russian aviation assets. Burning aircraft and helicopters are visible in several segments, underscoring Ukraine's ability to reach and neutralize aviation infrastructure that supports russian operations over the Black Sea and southern Ukraine.

Naval targets also feature prominently in the compilation. The footage shows russian vessels hit and destroyed, highlighting continued pressure on russia's Black Sea Fleet and its auxiliary maritime assets operating from Crimean bases.

Beyond air and naval platforms, the Prymary unit targeted other high-value military objectives, including logistics and support infrastructure. These strikes collectively degrade russia's operational sustainability and complicate its ability to project power from Crimea.

As Defense Express previously reported, Ukraine's Special Operations Forces carried out a series of successful precision strikes against russian military targets in the temporarily occupied territory of Donetsk region during the night of January 1. The operation targeted key command, logistics, and unmanned systems infrastructure supporting russian forces in the region.
