The new Bullet anti-aircraft drones from General Chereshnya have only recently completed testing and are already shooting down russian Shahed drones as part of the largest batch of UAVs provided free of charge to the military by the manufacturer

Ukrainian Bullet interceptor drones from General Chereshnya, part of the National Association of Ukrainian Defense Industries (NAUDI), are already successfully shooting down russian Shahed drones. This is happening within the largest batch of UAVs provided free of charge by the manufacturer.

According to the company, more than 20 units of the Defense Forces of Ukraine have already been reinforced with new high-speed anti-aircraft UAVs. The first videos showing enemy strike drones being shot down by one of the system's first operators are now available.

It should be noted that the announcement of Bullet drones entering serial production was made only a little over a month ago, in October 2025. At the same time, thousands of units can be produced every month, and work is actively underway to increase this number.

This anti-aircraft drone was designed to shoot down Shahed drones and has a speed of 309 km/h. The system is enhanced with specialized aerodynamic designs and software to boost efficiency and reaction speed.

It also features a guidance system that reduces the direct link between efficiency and operator skill, thereby minimizing human error. There are both day and night variants available.

To accelerate the adaptation of the Bullet drone in the military, the General Chereshnya Academy was launched. It is a system of mobile training groups that quickly teaches pilots to operate these drones. All of this is reportedly funded entirely by the company.

Overall, the General Chereshnya interceptors have already shot down thousands of targets, most of them by the AIR model, which primarily hunts reconnaissance and strike UAVs. In October, it took first place for the number of shootdowns, with 548 targets destroyed.

The growing number of anti-aircraft drones reduces pressure on other air defense systems, which are more expensive to operate. It will also enhance the protection of Ukrainian airspace against russian drones, which are launched daily.
