Ukrainian forces have scored another precise hit against russia's prized air defense network. Using domestically produced Shchelepy kamikaze drones, designed to engage targets up to 150 kilometers away, Ukrainian troops destroyed the 92N6 radar, one of the core components of russian S-400 surface-to-air missile system.
The strike footage, released by Serhiy Prytula Charity Foundation, captures the drone diving directly into the radar array, followed by a powerful explosion. The operation was executed by soldiers of the 92nd Separate Assault Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

This attack was the result of tight coordination between aerial reconnaissance units and drone operators, whose joint work enabled a precision strike on one of the most protected enemy assets. The 92N6 radar was located next to the S-400 launchers, suggesting that Ukrainian drones were able to penetrate deep into the defended zone and disable a critical target.
"The loss is significant for the russians and a humiliation for their so-called "best air defense system in the world", which they also attempt to sell abroad," Serhiy Prytula noted. His words echo the broader sentiment within Ukraine that russia's reputation for air defense superiority has been increasingly undermined by such successful precision attacks.
As Defense Express previously reported, Ukrainian paratroopers have recorded a rare victory on the technological front of the war. In the area of responsibility of the 7th Rapid Reaction Corps of the Air Assault Forces, the military for the first time destroyed an enemy ground robotic combat complex. The target was russian Kurier, a tracked robotic platform equipped with the AGS-17 automatic grenade launcher.
