Over first eight months of 2026, russian military-industrial complex manufactured and delivered to russian Aerospace Forces approximately six Su-35S, four Su-57, two Su-34 and two Su-30SM2 aircraft, totaling 14 aircraft.
At same time, estimated russian aviation losses over these 8 months comprised minimum eight aircraft destroyed or totally lost plus another two aircraft damaged. Such estimates are provided in Polish Defence24 publication.

As publication authors further write, pace of 14 aircraft over 8 months can be considered slow for russian military-industrial complex, since total deliveries over previous full-scale invasion years could comprise range of 20-30 aircraft per year.
At same time, estimated russian combat aircraft losses, by Polish authors' estimates, comprise three Su-34s destroyed and one damaged, one Su-30SM2 destroyed and one damaged, minimum one destroyed aircraft each of Su-35, Su-57, Tu-22M3 and Tu-95MS types.
Parallel with manufacturing aircraft for russian Aerospace Forces, russians also delivered aircraft for export. By Defence24 estimates, in 2025 six Su-30 aircraft were delivered to Belarus, likely two Su-57 and four Su-35. In turn, in 2026 — approximately four Su-34 to Algeria, two Su-30 to Belarus and two Su-30 to Myanmar.

Defense Express emphasizes that currently real indicators of russian military-industrial complex for new combat aircraft production remain unknown, considering deliveries for russian Aerospace Forces and export contracts. Therefore any estimates appearing balanced are of interest here, especially against backdrop of rashist claims.
Because previously discussion involved russia claiming delivery of as many as 34 Su-34 aircraft in 2024-2025, but how true this may be, and also there was claim about delivering to russian Aerospace Forces as many as 20 Su-35S in 2025-2026.
