Fighters from the Prymary special unit carried out a series of coordinated strikes against russian military infrastructure during operations conducted in April 2026, targeting elements tied to reconnaissance, electronic warfare, naval operations, aviation support, and logistics. A summary video of the operation was released by Ukraine's Defense Intelligence on May 7.
The strikes focused on what it described as "critically important components of a unified system" designed to help russian forces detect threats, coordinate combat activity, protect aviation assets, support the Black Sea Fleet operations, and sustain occupation troops with fuel and technical resources.

Among the targets hit was a communications and power node supporting the relay infrastructure for Geran and Gerbera unmanned aerial vehicles. Such relay points are essential for extending drone operational range and maintaining stable control and data transmission during strike missions.
The operation also targeted several radar and surveillance assets, including the Podlyot-K1 radar station and the MR-231-3 Vaygach aircraft interception radar. Additional electronic warfare and electronic reconnaissance systems were reportedly struck, including the Baltyka-B radar, EW stations, reconnaissance posts, and other specialized equipment used for battlefield monitoring and signal interception.
Ukraine's Defense Intelligence further reported strikes against infrastructure linked to russia's Black Sea Fleet. Among the damaged targets were surveillance systems and an electronic reconnaissance laboratory located on the roof of a fleet headquarters building. Such facilities are believed to support monitoring, coordination, and defensive operations in the maritime domain.
Russian aviation infrastructure was also affected during the operation. Ukrainian intelligence stated that hangar shelters for Su-24 and Su-30 aircraft were hit, potentially affecting maintenance, protection, or deployment capabilities for tactical aviation assets operating from occupied territory.
In addition to military systems, the strikes targeted logistical support facilities. A fuel reservoir at an oil depot belonging to the ATAN company was reportedly damaged, underscoring Ukraine's continued focus on disrupting the fuel supply chain sustaining russian military operations in occupied Crimea and southern Ukraine.
