Ukraine's Unmanned Systems Forces conducted a series of long-range strikes against russian military targets overnight on June 2, targeting air defense assets, command infrastructure, naval facilities, and logistics nodes deep behind enemy lines.
According to Major Robert Madyar Brovdi, commander of Ukraine's Unmanned Systems Forces, one of the key targets was russian Pantsir-S1 air defense system located near the settlement of Vydne in temporarily occupied Crimea. The strike was reportedly carried out by the 9th Kairos Battalion of the 414th Brigade.

Ukrainian drone operators also targeted russian coastal surveillance capabilities near temporarily occupied Mariupol. The 1st Separate Center of the Unmanned Systems Forces reportedly struck Neva-B and Neva-B2M coastal radar stations, assets used to monitor maritime activity in the Sea of Azov and support russian military operations along the coastline.
Additional strikes were conducted against russian naval infrastructure in Crimea. Robert Brovdi reported successful attacks on the Project 1454 specialized tugboat and a command post belonging to a unit of russian Dnieper Flotilla of the Black Sea Fleet near the settlement of Mizhvodne.
In Donetsk region, Ukrainian forces targeted a temporary deployment site of the 5th Battalion of russia's 3rd Army Corps near Shyrokyne. According to Ukrainian military assessments, the location contained dozens of command-and-staff vehicles as well as cargo trucks, making it a valuable operational target.
The operation also included attacks on a temporary base used by a tank battalion of russia's 110th Brigade, part of the 51st Army. Another strike reportedly hit a drone workshop operated by the 589th Regiment of the 27th Division of russia's 2nd Army in temporarily occupied Donetsk.
Ukrainian officials stated that the destruction of at least 11 pieces of military equipment has already been confirmed, while battle damage assessments and additional reconnaissance efforts are ongoing to determine the full extent of russian losses.
