The command of the Air Forces of Ukraine reported the number of eliminated Iranian-manufactured Shahed-136 kamikaze drones, which were destroyed in the last 36 days, that is, actually since the beginning of their use.
We are talking about the disposal of 223 units of these "aircraft-projectiles", which the Russian Federation uses for terrorist attacks on the cities of Ukraine.

“Since the moment the first Iranian-manufactured Shahed-136 suicide drone was shot down within the territory of Ukraine (September 13, Kupiansk), the Air Force’s anti-aircraft defense units and other units of Ukraine’s Defense Forces have destroyed 223 unmanned aerial vehicles of that type,” the report states.
It was also stated that all means available in the Armed Forces of Ukraine are used to destroy them: "anti-aircraft missile units, fighter aircraft, self-propelled anti-aircraft installations, mobile MANPADS fire groups, anti-aircraft guns, large-caliber machine guns and other weapons."
It should also be noted that the percentage of destruction of kamikaze drones by Ukrainian defenders has already reached 85-90%. That is, out of dozens of launched "aircraft-projectiles", only a few manage to break through.
It should be noted that the main threat from such "aircraft-projectiles" as the Shahed-136 kamikaze drones remains precisely their massiveness. It is known that the russian federation ordered 2.5 thousand of these kamikaze drones from Iran. Therefore, there is currently a need for the Ukrainian military to find an effective and cheap means of countering this threat, because the destruction of such targets by anti-aircraft missiles reduces their reserves in a situation where it is increasingly difficult to find new missiles for the Soviet anti-aircraft missile systems that Ukraine’s Armed Forces are using for the time.
