National Resistance Center with Ukraine’s Special Operations Forces reviled information that Iranian instructors help russians launch kamikaze drones from Crimea, Kherson region. At the same time Reuters says two senior Iranian officials and two Iranian diplomats have told it that Iran has promised to provide russia with surface to surface missiles, in addition to more drones

As Ukrinform reports citing the National Resistance Center, Iranian instructors are on the ground to assist russian invasion forces in launching swarms of kamikaze drones from Crimea and Kherson region’s training grounds.

"iranians help (the russians - ed.) launch Shahed-136 kamikaze drones from Crimea. In particular, the instructors are deployed at the Chauda training ground, the Kirovskyi military airfield, and near Cape Tarkhankut," the report says.

At the same time The Guardian states, the report of Reuters claims that a deal was agreed on 6 October when Iran’s first vice president Mohammad Mokhber, two senior officials from Iran’s Revolutionary Guards and an official from the supreme national security council visited Moscow for talks with russia about the delivery of the weapons.

“The russians had asked for more drones and those Iranian ballistic missiles with improved accuracy, particularly the Fateh and Zolfaghar missiles family,” said one of the iranian diplomats, who was briefed about the trip.

Iran’s official position has been to deny that it is supplying any drones to russia. Earlier today the kremlin’s spokesperson dmitry peskov claimed that moscow had “no information” about the use of Iranian-manufactured drones in Ukraine.

As Defense Express reported, Tehran would increase military support for russia and transfer surface-to-surface missiles for war against Ukraine.
