Ukrainian forces conducted a series of coordinated strikes on russian military targets between April 21 and the night of April 22, targeting command infrastructure and operational hubs across multiple directions. The attacks appear aimed at degrading russia's ability to coordinate naval, drone, and ground operations simultaneously.
One of the most notable targets was the Streletsky naval traffic control center in Sevastopol, located in temporarily occupied Crimea. This facility is responsible for managing the movement of Black Sea Fleet vessels, making it a critical node in russia's maritime command structure. Its disruption could complicate fleet coordination and reduce operational efficiency in the region.

Ukrainian forces also struck several drone command centers, reflecting the growing importance of unmanned systems in the war. Targets included control points near Korovyakovka and Tyotkino in russia's Kursk region, as well as Molniya UAV command post known near Dobroliubivka in the Kharkiv direction. These strikes are likely intended to weaken russia's reconnaissance and strike drone capabilities.

Additional attacks targeted a command post of russian unit near Vyazovoye in Belgorod region. This area has increasingly served as a staging ground for operations along the northeastern front, and disrupting command elements there may affect coordination of russian units operating near the border.
Ukrainian forces also hit command and observation posts near Zatyshne in temporarily occupied Donetsk region and Vysokoye in Belgorod region. Such positions are essential for battlefield awareness and artillery coordination, and their destruction can reduce the effectiveness of russian fire control and response times.
Beyond command infrastructure, Ukrainian strikes also focused on concentrations of russian personnel. A grouping of troops was targeted near Hrafske in Donetsk region, indicating continued efforts to degrade manpower and disrupt preparations for offensive or defensive operations.
