This was announced by the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrskyi.
According to him, since the beginning of this year, the Defense Forces of Ukraine have destroyed 1,159 tanks and 2,510 armored combat vehicles.

"I thank our defenders for their professional combat work. The fight continues. Glory to Ukraine!" - Syrskyi wrote.
Since the beginning of 2025, the Defense Forces of Ukraine have destroyed 6,186 artillery systems of the russian Army.
Since January 2024, the Ukrainian Defense Forces have destroyed 19,236 Russian artillery systems.
During the full-scale invasion, the Defenders of Ukraine destroyed 10,831 russian tanks and 22,553 armored combat vehicles.
Earlier Defense Express reported that Ukrainian artillery had spectacularly destroyed russian Buk-M1 air defense system.
