The 1st Separate Assault Battalion has shared footage showcasing the effective use of the RQ-35 Heidrun reconnaissance drone in combat. This advanced UAV is proving to be a valuable asset on the battlefield, enhancing artillery reconnaissance capabilities.
The video, published on the battalion’s page, demonstrates how the drone identified russian BM-21 Grad multiple rocket launcher system. Upon detecting the target, the coordinates were swiftly relayed to rocket forces. Shortly after, the HIMARS delivered a precision strike, completely destroying russian Grad system.
