There are 4 cruise missile carriers in the Black Sea right now with a total volley of up to 28 missiles. It was announced during a briefing at Ukrinform by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine spokesman Oleksandr Motuzyanyk. For instance, there were five Kalibr carriers in the Black Sea as of April 18 with a total volley of 36 missiles, while on April 19 there were only four such carriers.

However, over the next three days russian occupiers withdrew two of their Calibr-loaded submarines as well. So, only two Kalibr carriers were available near Ukraine’s shores as of April 22.

At that time Defense Express assumed that the enemy had probably either sent these submarines for reloading or that they were really running out of Kalibr missiles.
According to the spokesman’s report, Defense Express concludes, that the enemy reloaded these submarines and sent them back or "reinforced" its volley of Kalibr with other carriers.
