The Czechoslovak Group (CSG) is a major defense company that brings together leading arms manufacturers from the Czech Republic and Slovakia and serves as a key supplier of weapons to Ukraine. The company has now announced its expansion into the drone market with the creation of a new subsidiary, AviaNera Technologies.
Michal Strnad, the owner of CSG, notes that the company has built a strong position in the production of small-caliber ammunition over the past several years. It now aims to expand into military unmanned aerial vehicles and modern weapon systems. This is stated in a press release from the Czechoslovak Group.

CSG now plans to focus on developing and producing engines for various types of drones, including jet-powered models. This is a logical step given the growing demand for drone technologies.
This highlights the rapid development of capabilities for producing UAVs and their key components.
As of today, CSG is working on negotiations with a number of European companies regarding their acquisition.
It is also emphasized that establishing partnerships with Ukraine is critical, as the country is currently a key driver of military UAV technology development.

AviaNera Technologies will also rely on CSG's experience in drone production. This includes ammunition and software.
