Today, Monday, August 29, 2022, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Dmytro Kuleba, is in Stockholm, where he held talks with the Prime Minister of Sweden, Magdalena Andersson, and the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ann Linde.

The package includes military aid worth 500 million crowns ($46.8 million), as well as the same amount for reconstruction of Ukraine.
"My government will go forward with a new support package for Ukraine ... new military support package of 500 million Swedish krona ... [and] to support Ukraine's economy, resilience and recovery with another 500 million Swedish krona," she staited.
Andersson said "we cannot let Russia win this unjust war," adding that "it is our duty and honor" to support Ukraine. “Sweden will continue to be a close friend and support Ukraine,” Andersson said.
Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba called on Sweden to provide Ukraine with Archer artillery systems, RBS-70 air-defense systems, and more artillery shells.
"The best thing Sweden can do in the field of defense in the coming weeks is to provide Ukraine with its famous Archer artillery systems, RBS-70 air-defense systems, and more shells for our artillery systems," Kuleba said at a joint briefing with Prime Minister of Sweden Magdalena Andersson and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Sweden Ann Linde in Stockholm, Ukrinform reports.
"Because, as strange as it may sound, the best way to save human lives, including the lives of civilians, and to save more Ukrainian villages and towns from destruction, is to give Ukraine more weapons so that we can repel Russian aggression and the Russian army," Ukraine’s top diplomat emphasized.
Kuleba also thanked Sweden for allocating a new aid package to Ukraine, half of which is aimed at defense purposes.
Thus, apparently Swedish arms will more actively strengthen Armed Forces of Ukraine. And it should be recalled that Ukraine is already operating a large number of weapons, specifically, such anti-tank systems as NLAW and Carl Gustaf that have also been developed in Sweden.
As Defense Express reported, Armed Forces of Ukraine Can Get More Swedish Weaponry. We also wrote that Ukrainian Armed Forces Received Swedish Pvpj 1110.
