Reznikov noted that the system successfully passed departmental trials in the spring of 2022, followed by state trials. By now, all formal procedures are completed, the strategic-level ACS was officially adopted "and will work in the interests of the Armed Forces", and then the General Staff will make a decision on the parameters of its scaling, he said.
The Ministry of Defense also received a positive expert opinion on the Integration Platform Delta special software system. This is an important stage in the formalization of the platform according to the approved roadmap. Next, a cycle of official trials will take place, and a decision on adoption will be made based on their results, the minister informed.
In his opinion, given the long-term security and defense challenges, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine should become one of the digital development leaders. According to the minister, this task will be solved by increasing the competencies of the Ministry of Defense and the Armed Forces, as well as by implementing policies to promote public-private partnership in this field.
We will remind you that the "Dzvin-AS" ACS is a highly integrated automated system of command and control of combat actions at the strategic, operational and partially tactical (brigade) level.
The system allows in semi-automatic and automatic modes to generate combat control documents, create and monitor cartographic information, receive comprehensive data on own troops, their current and prospective support, available intelligence on enemy troops, as well as to calculate the ratio of forces and means, the optimality of their use in different scenarios.
The "Dzvin-AS" automated control system meets the requirements, standards and principles of the C4ISR systems of NATO member countries.
