That whas stated by the U.S. National Security Council Coordinator for Strategic Communications John Kirby.
"The President [Biden] fully supports those decisions. And those are sovereign decisions that those nations make about this kind of security assistance they provide" John Kirby saidthis at a briefing in Washington on Thursday, January 12, Ukrinform reports.

He added that there is "terrific solidarity" by the international community behind Ukraine in finding ways to support Ukraine. Therefore, Kirby continued, President Biden believes that such statements by individual countries only strengthen this position of the international community.
He recalled that another meeting of the Ukraine Defense Contact Group would be held in Germany next week to determine ways to provide more aid to Ukraine.
"Just next week, the Secretary of Defense will be hosting yet another contact group meeting over in Europe to contribute — to find ways to contribute more security assistance from more partners.Those have been very, very successful," the U.S. National Security Council Coordinator for Strategic Communications stated.
