The Atesh partisan movement reported on its Telegram channel that its agent had visited Ust-Kut town and studied in detail the Irkutsk Polymer Plant.
It is known that this plant specializes in the production of packaging materials, pipes, castings and engineering components used for russian military equipment.

According to the Atesh, russian occupiers are installing anti-drone defenses at the plant. This could mean that russians are afraid of Ukrainian UAV strikes.
"Plans of the Irkutsk polymer plant to reach full capacity in 2025 will fail, because the plant may disappear as if it never existed by that time," the statement reads.
Earlier Defense Express reported that another military unit had been scouted out by Ukrainian rartisans on russia's territory.
