Temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine are seeing an influx of volunteers and private security personnel tasked with overseeing polling stations. The aim of this orchestrated charade, according to the Kremlin’s plan, is to legitimize the occupation in the eyes of the international community. To pressure the local population, armed militants are being deployed to the region, National Resistance Center of Ukraine reports.
Already, over 10,000 russian National Guard troops have already arrived, assigned to shadow polling station members and conduct household visits. Yet, in a bid to bolster manpower in the temporarily occupied zones, the Kremlin is enlisting volunteers from the "brigades of the combat brotherhood."

As part of the scheme, titushkas will oversee voting directly at polling stations, supported by private security personnel from Moscow-based firms, who have also dispatched their own militants to Ukraine.
Most notably, these individuals lack any official status within the russian federation and thus won’t be entitled to compensation in the event of any mishaps.
