Representatives of russian occupation administrations in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine are taking measures to mitigate negative effects of russia's full-scale aggression against Ukraine on so-called preparation of election process.
This was reported by the National Resistance Center of Ukraine.

In particular, the Center informed that russian political leadership had instructed russian occupation administration representatives to ensure a high level of support for russian president among local youth as efficiently as possible. This figure should not be lower than 72%.
"In accordance with all the methodological recommendations and instructions of russia`s presidential administration, narratives containing distorted information about Ukraine as a whole as well as desire of the Western countries to reduce russian influence in international arena are spread among Ukrainian youth in the temporarily occupied territories," the Center reported.
Earlier Defense Express reported Ukrainian partisans had spotted arrival of russian mercenaries to temporarily occupied territories.
