According to intelligence data, russia has lost over one million soldiers killed or wounded during combat, mostly men aged 20 to 35, the core of the demographic pyramid.
To slow down the demographic and economic crisis, russian officials propose more actively recruiting labor migrants. Many of them are also being recruited to participate in the war against Ukraine, placing additional strain on the population.
