In exchange US will provide Croatia with 20 UH 60M helicopters, Croatia planned to replace all its Russia made helicopters with US/EU made helicopters but war in Ukraine sped that process considerably, Croatia operates 25 Mi 8MTV and Mi 171 SH helicopters.
Croatia also has a small fleet of 6 Mil 24 Hinds that were retired in 2010, and are stored, can be delivered to Ukraine as well, however these helicopters need major overhaul, something that might hamper use in Ukraine service. Croatia retired Mi 24D Hinds cause of costly maintenance cost and lack of spare parts, but there's also possibility that Ukraine can overhaul these helicopters.

Remaining Mi 171Ss helicopters Croatia has in its inventory are relatively new helicopters as they entered service in 2012, Croatia could hand over these helicopters to Ukraine after NATO sensitive equipment is removed, which could happen as part of 2nd military helicopter aid package to Ukraine in 2024. Value of the 14 helicopters is estimated at 15 million per helicopter.
In Total Croatia could eventually donate 30 Mi 171/MATV/24D helicopters to Ukraine, which if delivered to Ukraine would provide Ukraine with all important capability that has been depleted by current war.
