Senator APC vehicles will be used by border units in Chernihiv pblast to protect northern borders of Ukraine, as mil.in.ua reports.
As of early December, a hundred such vehicles were handed over to Ukraine’s defense forces.

The Senator APC is manufactured by the Canadian company Roshel Defense Solutions.
The vehicle body is capable of withstanding 50-mm shots. The Senator APC also has an explosion-proof body, so it can withstand a grenade or mine detonation.
Roshel Defense Solutions does not disclose what chassis is used for the APC, saying only that it is a heavy commercial truck.
"It’s a good maneuverable vehicle. Even if we compare it with Ukraine’s Cossack, it is even a little better," border guards say.
The vehicle has eight seats for the landing party. The armored vehicle is powered by a 330hp and 750Nm 6.7-liter turbocharged diesel engine.
According to the border guards, is quite spacious inside: there is enough space even for a soldier in full combat gear. It is also possible to quickly leave the vehicle if necessary.
"We’ll install a machine gun. Now the drivers have already received them and will drive them to the deployment points, where they will be used for their intended purpose," the border guards say.
