Fighters of the 109th Mountain Assault Battalion successfully located and eliminated russian 1L219M Zoopark-1 counter-battery radar, dealing a serious blow to enemy capabilities.
A video of the operation, published on February 6, shows the radar hidden within a tree line before being targeted by Ukrainian FPV drones. The destruction required multiple drone strikes before the system finally caught fire, ensuring its complete neutralization.

According to the battalion, the Zoopark-1 radar posed a significant threat by allowing russian forces to track and locate Ukrainian artillery positions. Its elimination weakens the enemy’s ability to conduct counter-battery fire and improves the security of Ukrainian troops.
“This is a significant step toward victory, as it will greatly weaken the enemy and strengthen our positions,” the battalion stated.
