Ukrainian defenders from the Chornyi Lis artillery reconnaissance brigade have successfully destroyed russian S-350 Vityaz surface-to-air missile system in Donetsk region. This modern air defense system, valued at approximately $135 million, is considered one of Russia’s most advanced military assets. The brigade released footage of the operation, highlighting the precision strike that eliminated the target.
“Thanks to the skillful actions of the reconnaissance troops of the Chornyi Lis brigade, we managed to locate and destroy modern russian S-350 Vityaz short- and medium-range surface-to-air missile system,” reads the unit's statement.

The S-350 Vityaz, developed by russia’s Almaz-Antey defense group, is designed to counter aircraft, helicopters, and cruise missiles. It can simultaneously engage up to 16 aerial targets and has an operational range of up to 60 kilometers.
