Ukrainian drone operators from the 1st Assault Regiment and the Code 9.2 475th Assault Regiment carried out a series of strikes against russian logistics infrastructure linking temporarily occupied Crimea with the southern front. The operation targeted the Dzhankoi checkpoint, a bridge, a crossing point, and military transport vehicles near Chonhar.
Footage of the strikes was released on June 13 by the 1st Assault Regiment, showing attacks against key logistical nodes used by russian forces moving personnel and supplies from occupied Crimea toward frontline positions in the south of Ukraine.

According to the regiment, the operation marks a shift toward systematic "patrolling" of russian logistics routes and disrupting efforts to restore damaged crossings. The Chonhar corridor has long served as one of the main land connections between Crimea and temporarily occupied territories in the south of Ukraine, making it a strategically important target.
The Ukrainian operators highlighted the limitations of temporary pontoon crossings established by russian forces. Due to their restricted capacity, supply vehicles are reportedly forced to queue while waiting to cross, creating vulnerable concentrations of targets for Ukrainian strike drones.
The attacks appear to fit into a broader Ukrainian strategy of degrading russian logistics rather than focusing exclusively on frontline engagements. By targeting transportation infrastructure and supply vehicles, Ukrainian forces seek to reduce the enemy's ability to sustain combat operations and reinforce troops at the front.
The strikes on the Dzhankoi checkpoint and Chongar crossings are particularly significant because they affect routes connecting occupied Crimea with russian forces operating in Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions. Any disruption along these corridors can complicate the movement of equipment, ammunition, and personnel.
"We are bleeding the enemy to move forward. This is not the end. More is coming," the regiment stated.
