Ukraine's Phoenix drone unit continues to deliver substantial losses to russian forces, showcasing a new series of precision strikes against personnel, military transport and, most notably, a high-value russian bridge-laying vehicle. The latest footage released by the unit highlights its growing role in disrupting enemy mobility and engineering efforts along the Donetsk front.
According to the Phoenix unit, their operators maintain constant fire control over russian attempts to advance or build up field engineering infrastructure. In a sector where terrain, elevation changes and limited visibility complicate drone operations, the Phoenix crews have adapted, maintaining pressure on enemy positions even in the most challenging environments.

The newly released video captures several confirmed strikes on russian infantry clusters, trucks, and light vehicles used for battlefield logistics. These hits, carried out with a combination of reconnaissance drones and precision-guided munitions, further limit the enemy's ability to move reinforcements and supplies.
One of the most significant targets destroyed was russian bridge layer, a critical engineering asset used to support offensive maneuvers by enabling armored vehicles to cross obstacles. Its elimination not only halts immediate movement but also undermines russia's broader efforts to reinforce assault routes and establish reliable supply corridors.
The Phoenix operators report that their targets in recent missions also included UAV command posts, which were struck together with drone pilots and antenna systems. These nodes are essential for coordinating russian aerial reconnaissance and strike operations. Their destruction contributes to degrading the enemy's battlefield awareness and reducing the effectiveness of its drone fleet.
As Defense Express previously reported, Ukraine's Defense Intelligence continues to pressure russia's air defense network in temporarily occupied Donbas, carrying out another high-precision drone strike against some of Moscow's most valuable radar and missile systems. In the early hours of November 29, 2025, operators from the Defense Intelligence conducted a coordinated attack targeting key components of russia's long-range air defense umbrella.
