Operators of the Nemesis 412th Brigade have begun a large-scale campaign targeting russian trucks, fuel tankers, and supply routes deep behind the front line in the south Ukraine

Operators of the Nemesis 412th Brigade of Ukraine's Unmanned Systems Forces have launched a large-scale campaign targeting russian military logistics in the south of Ukraine. The unit released footage on May 27 showing the first results of the operation.

According to the brigade, the primary targets are russian military transport vehicles, fuel tankers, and logistical infrastructure operating in the rear areas. The strikes are reportedly being carried out using previously unseen "secret strike wings", suggesting the deployment of a new long-range drone platform that has not appeared publicly before.

The campaign appears aimed at systematically degrading russia's ability to sustain frontline operations in the south of Ukraine. By targeting fuel deliveries and transport convoys rather than armored formations directly, Ukrainian drone operators are attempting to create logistical paralysis that could eventually affect combat effectiveness along multiple sectors of the front.

The brigade claims the drone system was developed in close cooperation with its manufacturer and specifically optimized for deep-strike logistics missions. Ukrainian operators describe the system as highly adaptable, capable of detecting and engaging targets across different terrain types, including field roads and improvised bypass routes used by russian forces to avoid main highways.

According to Nemesis Brigade, the effectiveness of the campaign has already been demonstrated by the destruction of dozens of russian trucks and fuel tankers. The reported scale of the losses has allegedly forced russian military authorities and occupation administrations to restrict heavy vehicle traffic along the so-called Novorossiya highway, a key logistical route in temporarily occupied southern territories.

The statement also indicates that russian attempts to disperse logistics traffic onto secondary dirt and rural roads have largely failed. Ukrainian drone operators claim their systems continue to successfully locate and strike moving targets regardless of landscape or route changes, reflecting the increasing sophistication of Ukraine's aerial reconnaissance and strike coordination capabilities.
