The most interesting thing is that the shells that were spot from the photo had been manufactured back in the mid-1960s: they were primarily intended for the Italian M114 howitzers, which were serially produced in 1942-1945 and were decommissioned in Italy in the early 1990s.

Thus, a photo of a Polish self-propelled gun with 155mm M107 artillery shells, which were produced as part of the US Mutual Defense Assistance Program specifically for the Italian army, appeared on the Internet.

The M107 ammunition was probably decommissioned along with the howitzers, but was not disposed of and was eventually transferred by Italy to the Armed Forces of Ukraine as part of defense assistance.

It is worth noting that despite the respectable age, the projectiles have new detonators and projectile charges, which significantly minimizes the probability of ammunition failure.

At the same time, talking about 155mm projectiles in general, as of today the Armed Forces of Ukraine have enough NATO ammunition to strike the russian army, as the Minister of Defense of Ukraine, Oleksiy Reznikov noted.
