The adversary fires at the positions of our troops along the line of contact, conducts remote mining of certain areas, and conducts aerial reconnaissance. The occupant forces attack civilian infrastructure and residences, violating the rules of International Humanitarian Law, the laws and principles of war.
The threat of air and missile strikes across Ukraine persists. Thus, during the day of 4th September, the occupiers launched 9x missile and 6x air strikes, carried out over 56x MLRS attacks.

Key points of the report:
- Sivershchyna axis: artillery was employed in the vicinities of settlements of Pysarivka and Holyshivske (Sumy Oblast);
- Slobozhanshchyna axis: tanks, mortars, artillery and missile systems were employed in the vicinities of settlements of Hraniv, Ohirtseve, Hatyshche, Vovchans’k, and Bilyi Kolodyaz’;
- Kramatorsk axis: mortars, artillery and missile systems were employed in the vicinities of settlements of Bilohorivka, Serebryanka, and Spirne.
- Bakhmut axis: the adversary shelled the vicinities of Soledar, Bakhmut, Bakhmutske, Odradivka, Zaitseve, Opytne, Yakovlivka, and Yuryivka.
- Avdiivka, Novopavlivka and Zaporizhzhia axes: enemy shelling that employed tanks, mortars, artillery and missile systems damaged the infrastructure of over 24 settlements, including: Avdiivka, Vodyane, Mar’inka, Novopil’, Ol’hivs’ke, Pervomais’ke.
- Pivdennyi Buh axis: the vicinities of settlements of Vyshchetarasivka, Dobra Nadiya, Illinka, Marhanets’, Chervonohryhorivka, Nikopol’, Pokrovs’ke, Velyke Artakove, Andriivka, Stepova Dolyna, Bezimenne, Myrne, Luch, Shyroke, Bilohirka, and Lozove were shelled with tanks, mortars, artillery and missile systems.
Upon abandonment of settlements in Kherson Oblast, the enemy mines infrastructure facilities and private residences, prohibits any movement of local residents.
According to the information available, medical facilities of the city of Yevpatoriya (temporarily occupied territory of the Republic of Crimea) lack medical equipment for the treatment of wounded occupant servicemen.
The enemy experiences problems with certain types of supplies in process of the so-called “partial mobilisation”. Thus, the mobilised personnel were sent back from the Molkino educational center (Krasnodar Krai) to Primorsko-Akhtarsk due to the inability to provide accommodation, clothing, and food for the specified category of servicemen.
The russian occupation authorities are trying to compensate for the loss of personnel at the expense of conscription of locals in the temporarily controlled and occupied territories of Ukraine. Thus, according to the information available, men from Luhansk do not undergo any medical examination or training and are sent to replenish the units that suffered the greatest losses immediately after mobilisation.
The destruction of 1x S-300 anti-aircraft missile system in the vicinity of the city of Tokmak, as well as the destruction of enemy positions in the vicinities of settlements of Hulyaipole and Orikhiv (Zaporizhzhya Oblast) were confirmed.
During the 24 hours, the aircraft of the Ukrainian Defence Forces has launched 17x air strikes. 4x strong points, 11x concentrations of weapons and military equipment, as well as 2x anti-aircraft missile systems of the adversary were confirmed hits. In addition, Ukrainian Air Defence units have shot down 1x helicopter and 2x enemy UAVs on different axes.
Ukrainian missile troops and artillery hit 2x command posts, 4x areas of concentration of manpower, weapons and military equipment, 1x anti-aircraft missile system, as well as 1x bridge and 1x pontoon crossing of the enemy.
