​Ukraine`s Defense Intelligence Conduct Attack on Aviation Training Center of russian Air Force

On the night of April 9, a special operation of the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine was carried out. The target was the Borisoglebsk Aviation Training Center in Voronezh Oblast

It became known, that the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine had conducted a special operation and attacked the Aviation Training Center in Borisoglebsk, Voronezh Oblast.

According to some sources there is significant damage of the main production hall.

A representative of the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine Andriy Yusov also commented the attack on the air of Radio Liberty.

"Yes, it was the aircraft factory. This is what we can state from various sources. There was a rumble, we can also confirm it. We will not disclose details, but, according to preliminary information, the main production facilities of the enterprise have been hit," Yusov stated.

Borisoglebsk, Voronezh Oblast, is home to the aviation center for pilot training. The center is the second school for russian pilots, founded in 1922.

It is known from open sources that frontline bomber and attack aviation crew of the russian federation is trained there.

Aviation training base was also opened in Borisoglebsk In 2012.

It should be noted that the attacked enterprise in Borysoglebsk is the 711th Aviation Repair Plant.

But it does not repair aircraft or helicopters, but missiles such as:

- R-27, R-73, R-33 air-to-air missiles;

- Kh-25, Kh-58 air-to-surface missiles:;

- Guidance equipment for Kh-55 and Kh-22 cruise missiles;

- R-844M, R-845M ground radars and other systems of flights` support.

Earlier Defense Express reported that russian Serpukhov missile ship had been on fire in the Baltic Sea due to actions of the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine.
