One of Ukrainian military told reporters that russian forces still have a five-to-one advantage in artillery.

Another Ukrainian soldier told ERR Estonian service that Western ammunition has begun to arrive at the front line, but has not yet reached a significant scale. He said that russian troops continue to have a “significant advantage” in ammunition.

According to ISW, russian troops are trying to achieve significant tactical and operational advantages before U.S. military aid fully reaches Ukrainian forces at the front. It will take some time to achieve a tactical and operational effect at the front after the arrival of the first weapons provided by Western allies.
