russian occupiers raise the military significance of Balaklava Bay in Crimea

The Ukrainian Atesh partisan movement reports that russian occupiers are strengthening naval engineering barriers in Balaklava Bay to protect against unmanned boats and sabotage groups.

According to the Atesh, the occupiers are repurposing the old underground submarine base, which once functioned as a museum, for military purposes. The facility, known as Object 825 GTS, is located in Balaclava and is an underground complex capable of sheltering submarines and providing repair and maintenance.

It is reported that Ukrainian partisans are actively looking for weaknesses in russian defenses and passing information to the Defense Forces of Ukraine.

Earlier Defense Express reported that russian occupiers had repurposed civilian facility into headquarters in Crimea.
