russian occupiers have set up a military headquarters in a civilian facility in temporarily occupied Crimea. This was reported by the Atesh partisan movement, citing one of its agents. According to the information received, russians are deliberately camouflaging the facility among civilian infrastructure to use it for provocations against the Defense Forces of Ukraine.

In particular, the movement's agents recorded military equipment and personnel near the headquarters, as well as the russian military using civilian transport for their movements.
"Such actions are a crime of russian occupation forces and a violation of the Geneva Convention. They put civilians in danger," the statement reads.
Earlier Defense Express reported that russian occupiers were increasing the air defense system in Crimea.
