russians are trying to defend a factory producing Shahed drones used to terrorize Ukrainian cities every night

Agents of the Atesh partisan movement, employed at the plant in the city of Yelabuga, reported the construction of a tower with a Pantsir air defense module near the Shahed-136 kamikaze drone production facility.

This confirms that Ukrainian drone strikes have already caused significant damage to the plant, and russian authorities are now trying to secure the drone production facility.

However, according to Atesh, no improvised towers or Pantsir systems can save the factory from new attacks. Daily threats to production put the entire logistics chain at risk, disrupting supplies of drones Moscow uses to terrorize civilians across Ukraine.

The movement calls on anyone with information about such towers, air defense systems, or military facilities in russia or the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine to report it to Atesh.

"The Kremlin can build new towers and cover factories with Pantsir systems, but that will not save them from retribution. The enemy must know: for every Shahed launched, there will be a retaliatory strike," the statement reads.

Earlier Defense Express reported that a russian Pantsir-S air defense systems production plant had been targeted by Ukrainian partisan reconnaissance. We also wrote that Ukrainian partisans had scouted out russian plant producing chassis for Buk-M1-2, Tor-M1, and Tunguska-M1 systems.
